Contemporary Sounds concert series

MACM is launching the Contemporary Sounds concert series to support local composers and musicians committed to modern classical music. This project takes contemporary music to places where it is not being heard: churches, bars, art galleries, classrooms and fashion shows. Accessibility is at the heart of this project: introducing contemporary music to new audiences in unexpected settings – cultivating audience development.  Contemporary Sounds also aims at connecting composers and musicians with other artists to foster inter-disciplinary expression in the performing arts. Contemporary Sounds is supported by the Malta Arts Fund.
